We serve the community as a community.

I have worn many hats in my parish work. I've served adults as well as high school and middle school students. I lead parish missions, confirmation retreats, school assemblies, Theology on Tap sessions, and faculty trainings. I can tell you this is the iron law of mission: you are only as good as your team

From weekend Core retreats and Catechist Days to presentations for parish staffers, we have begun to break the cycle of silence about Jesus Christ and changed the course of individuals and whole parishes. Together we can rebuild the Church, centering it on mission and not maintenance.

The goal is simple. If the pastor gets it, but the catechist with the kids every week is clueless, you're set up for failure. We serve the community as a community. No one goes alone. No one sends themselves on mission. We're the Body, after all.

Pope Francis Quote
Youth Conferences are a great way to experience the big and diverse Church that we are, but every follower of Christ needs personal relationships and a local community to grow spiritually.

The next generation is already here and whoever wants them the most will get them. My question to you is, how many more will we have to lose before enough is enough?
